Porkkanakeiton kaverina maistuvat uunissa paahdetut tortillat.<\/p>\n<p>1. Kuori ja pilko porkkanat ja bataatti. Kuori ja hienonna sipuli. Kuumenna \u00f6ljy kattilassa, ja kuullota sipulia inkiv\u00e4\u00e4rin ja mausteiden kanssa hetki.<\/p>\n<p>2. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 joukkoon porkkanat ja bataatit ja k\u00e4\u00e4ntele hetki. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 joukkoon vesi. Anna keiton kiehua kannen alla noin 15 minuuttia tai, kunnes porkkanat ovat t\u00e4ysin pehmenneet.<\/p>\n<p>3. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 joukkoon kookosmaito, mutta s\u00e4\u00e4st\u00e4 koristeluun hieman paksumpaa pintakerrosta. Lis\u00e4\u00e4 suola ja soseuta keitto. Anna keiton kiehahtaa h\u00f6yry\u00e4v\u00e4ksi.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sivele vehn\u00e4tortilloiden pintaan oliivi\u00f6ljy ja ripottele pinnalle dukka-mausteseos. Leikkaa tortillat 8 osaan ja nostele palat pellille. Paahda kuumien grillivastusten alla muutama minuutti rapeiksi.<\/p>\n<p>5. Annostele keitto lautasille ja koristele paksummalla kookosmaidolla.
